week 1 weigh in then disaster :(

so i had my first WI today 8lb off yay...so pleased didn't think i could do it!

then went to see my friend for her birthday and she had prepared lunch!! now i feel terrible because i caved in. i knew i shouldn't yet i actually convinced myself it would be ok. i only had some salad with some ham, and a small piece of cheese (it was for baguette, but knew bead would reaaly knock my keto) in the great scheme of things it could of been worse. but i am so so dissapointed in myself, after doing so well. i'm gutted. i hope this hasn't knocled me back too much. big lesson learned cos i wont do it again...knowing how i feel right now, i know i would have felt so much better with myself had i resisted. sorry grumble over butted needed to get it off my chest.

Nothing can be done about it now, so just put it behind you and remember how awful you feel right now, if you ever get tempted again, just think of this feeling.

Oh no! I think as kered says you have to put it in the past. Don't beat yourself up about it...

you did FAB to lose 8lb in week 1 and hopefully you'll be just as proud of your loss in week 2 - because you CAN do this :)

At least it was the begining of your week. Maybe you can work it off. Go for extra walks or whatever. Try to calculate the calories you took in and work them off over the next few days. Let that be a lesson for you??? Great loss on the 8 lbs... You CAN do it.... Get back up and brush yourself off.
