i lost 8lbs woo hooo!

Had a really difficult day yesterday ... day 7 blues I reckon but I felt reeeeaaally hungry! I am in ketosis so i put it down to just fancying something to eat!!

I am trying to re-train my bad habits like:

Eating while I'm cooking then sitting down to a meal.
Eating what the kids leave (pre-children I thought that was disgusting and couldn't believe that people actually did it)
Eating when putting groceries away
Eating when I'm bored
Eating when I'm thirsty

so what did I do yesterday:

Cooked spag bog & garlic bread without even tasting it! Apparently delicious! :D
Binned the leftovers! :)
Transfered the newly bought shortbread into the biscuit tin without eating the broken ones! ;)
I drank 4 ltrs of Water
Gave my DH a row for scoffing 2 packets of walkers crisps while watching the telly - boredom and cruel!! :mad:

I did, however, have a chicken salad at tea time as I miss eating with the kids and if i hadn't I would have done all the things I was trying to avoid doing because i would have felt deprived!!

Anyway, better get on with some work!!
