    Are you doing SS? We have a similar amount to lose. I want to get to 12st 7lb eventually but will be more than happy to reach 14 stone by the end of May.

    Thanx guys. Am just gonna stick on SS for 12 weeks because i want to be size 14 in April, so let do it Wilma

    SS is certainly the way to do it fast.

    Because I am 5'9" I would have to have 4 packs a day which works out another £14 a week. So, I am doing SS+ which is 3 packs a day and a 200 cal meal. I have read the losses are not that much less.

    I will look out for your posts to keep up with your losses.
