Thank you! All I did was have a shake, a bar, and a soup each day. Some days I couldn't face the soup as it was, so put some green veg in with it. For example last night I had the vegetable soup with two sticks of chopped celery, two chopped spring onions and some rocket. The two days when I was at work (12 hour shifts) I had a bar and a salad because I feel a bit self conscious about discussion the vlcd with my colleagues as yet. Had quite a bad headache on the second day, but apart from that it has been great!
