I'm just slow like this caterpillar cause I only lost 4lbs on my first week I wonder what went wrong cause I didn't cheat at all

I was expecting 7-8lbs as I'm used the time I was on Lighter Life bt well the different is here you can snack and have a meal
 
Yes that the good idea lol as frm now I'm gonna do the same just to watch my portion so that next week i will lose more
 
Hi... well done on your loss ! :) 4lbs is still 4lbs...

I think the weight loss per week is lower as you are eating on this programme.

The 8 week programme pamphlet included in the packs showed people losing on average 2 stone over 8 weeks... so averaging 3lbs a week :)

I know you're probably disappointed but it's all about the long term achievement... it's a marathon (or snickers ;) ) not a sprint :) x

yeah i think 4lb off is beter than 4 on but i was hoping for maybe 7lb on my first week too, as ive managed that on ww... but anyway - slow and steady wins the race (heard that somewhere lol) hope you have a good week this week!!

fair play hun, 4 pound is a lot, just think of four pounds of butter ;)
