Thanks everyone i am really pleased as i wasnt sure where bouts i would be but thats eased up my thoughts and am happy to stick it out now lol

Thanks i sure do hope so well my target before i hit the refeed will be 200lb bang on and do the remaining 4 on refeed like last time lol

Hey buddy...nine ponds...er...WOW!! It definitely is worth it!! You say you work out as well in the gym ( which I know I should do :ashamed0005:). So exercise + LT = Great weight loss!! Keep it up!!

At the moment i have been doing mainly the weightlifting (i know im not supposed to but am finding it fine)

Really gunna hit the cardio next week though and push as hard as i can for the big losses

LT+keeping busy constantly+exercise=:D

Thank you very much i have an idea now of how the losses may pan out now too

If i am right, will find out next week WI i only need to do 3 weeks :D
