Still 100% and..

nothing , zip, nada. :cry: and my measurements have gone up on my waist and hips (lower tummy for me) by an inch+ each.

Its not TOTM, not constipated, drinking plenty and I haven't cheated.

Its so demoralising especially as my losses have been great until now. I knew it was going to happen at some point - just would have preferred it to be at week 30 not 10!

What about muscle gain? It could be you've gained muscle and hence you don't see any loss. Don't lose hope and next week will be much much better. :) xx
