    Low carbs
    Another 2lb gone - a bit slow I know but it's been a struggle in recent weeks with quite a few blips. Have knuckled down over last 5 days and also have been doing ss+ as I feel less like cheating when I can eat a small chicken salad each day. I'm still loving CD and am pleased with my results - I'm just taking a more scenic route!

    Small chicken salads are good, enjoy them...if it wasnt for ss+ i'd have given up cambridge in the first week!!

    Well done on this week's weight loss Minxie. If my calculations are correct, you are very close to hitting the 2 and a half stones milestone- very impressive indeed.
