week 11 bread

    Im nearly finished route to management, bread this week. what type of breads have you guys used added to you diets. any good tips. ive not missed bread as i thought i would miss it. my llc says i have to have some this week to see how i get on

    I can't wait for bread week!

    Yesterday I was out and about all day and starving hungry, there was literally nothing to eat except bloomin sandwiches :mad:

    I had a few different things.
    Some nice fresh white 'proper' bread
    pitta
    homemade chapati (LL recipe)
    can't remember what else, was nice to have bread again.
    I used to eat it a lot, but now some days I have none, it is nice to have toast for breakfast sometimes or a slice with beans for lunch.

    Hi there - I didn't eat wheat bread but chose rye instead. Now I eat rye bread and sometimes I go for other non-wheat choices. Last week I had bread made from quinoa flour - scrumptious! I thoroughly recommend giving non-wheat breads a go. They're really good for you and are delicious toasted.
