week 11 bread


constantly confused
I can't wait for bread week!

Yesterday I was out and about all day and starving hungry, there was literally nothing to eat except bloomin sandwiches :mad:

I had a few different things.
Some nice fresh white 'proper' bread
homemade chapati (LL recipe)
can't remember what else, was nice to have bread again.
I used to eat it a lot, but now some days I have none, it is nice to have toast for breakfast sometimes or a slice with beans for lunch.
Hi there - I didn't eat wheat bread but chose rye instead. Now I eat rye bread and sometimes I go for other non-wheat choices. Last week I had bread made from quinoa flour - scrumptious! I thoroughly recommend giving non-wheat breads a go. They're really good for you and are delicious toasted.
