Week 15 weigh in post holiday!!!!!!!!!

Well I got on the scales and to my delight I have stayed the same!

I managed quite well, a shake for breakfast and lunch, then a dinner with salad instead of chips and rice. Most of the time anyway. By the end of the holiday a little bread had snuck in, but I seem to have pulled it off.

I did have a good walk most evenings for about 40 minutes and set myself daily targets of swimming lengths. By the end of the holiday I'd got up to 100 lengths! Yay.

Had a fab time and am all relaxed and chilled and back on the TFR. But I'm sooooooo cold. Kos was 35 degrees most days, and here is about 12.

With all the exercise you've prob built muscle and burned fat so even though the scales ahven't shifted you've probably still lost inches! Really well done. :D

thats brill no gain :) i plan not to walk when i'm away but always walk more than i do at home in the end.. so walking is good and proves how sedetery we are normally if you didn't put anything on well done

That's brilliant Lorraine! You did so well and I bet you're delighted. There are so many temptations on hols and you did yourself proud, well done.

OMG the cold is driving me insane! It's been so lovely here for about a week and I've had wooly jumpers, scarves, hats, boots etc on and everyone else is in shorts and t-shirts. I look like a right weirdo!
