I didnt get weighed last week, but got weighed tonight and ive lost 8lb:D, i would of been 7lb away from goal, but after chatting with cdc ive decided to keep going, so i stone more to go which will get me to 11 and a half then will start moving up the plans at 2 weeks minimum on each plan from 1000kls and up, so im aiming at goal to be around beginning of july
