That brings my total to 3 stone 12lbs

next weigh in is december 23rd which will hopefully keep me on the straight and narrow until Christmas at least.

Aiming for at least the 4 stone mark then.

Just want to say thank you for all your very kind comments.

I do only get weighed every 2 weeks tho.

Unfortunately the Jelly Belly is still very much there all beit much smaller.

I just want to say that you are all fantastic and its all the posts on here that have kept me going over the last few months.
