week 2 day 1

After a fab first week loss of 13lb im worried this week may not have such good results
Have already drank more than half my water (its 1039) and had a shake and a soup (been up since 4am with baby)
On a positive im not hungry though......gonna try have a relaxing afty and early night :)
 
Good luck love and well done on the loss so far x it may not be so big nxt week but this diet still gives good loses x hope u get yr sleep love I remover those times with my kids and they are a killer x stick with it love x here if u need a moan xxx
 
Well done on 13lbs! And well you know your not going to get that every week! Lol
Cd good but not that good! You'll have smaller losses some weeks but usual loss is around a stone a month, although first month some are loosing 2st I'm not one if those though unfortunately!
Btw it's harder as kids get older, once their out in pubs and clubs, I hardly sleep weekends cos I'm worried till they get home xxx

I have yes x boring as that may be I really have loads to move so cheating isn't an option for me x x how are u love ?
 
Im ok just gotta go out n watch foot tonight while everyone gets drunk ill b sober and then deal with drunken boy after ha....im glad to see use had such good losses I've been rigid too bar eating 5'meals yesterday....lost count somehow! Im hoping for min of 5lbs in week two. my ideal weight it 11 im super skinny at that but think my goal is higher ....going bk to work in 7 weeks really don't wanna go bk big as piled it on in pregnancy (about 5 stones +) have managed to loose some gradually but not a great deal....feel really sick n lightheaded today not sure why :-( xx
