Week 2 help needed please!

    Hi new to CD doing SS plus
    last week lost 6lbs which was disappointing I had kept to the plan
    got 4 stone to lose
    week 2 finding it v hard v hungry I was in keratosis but last night had ceaser salad and 1 harabo and now wee stick says I am out
    so upset with myself!!!!!!
    how do I get back in ketosis and in the zone?
    any advice on the porridge finding it yuck but filling

    Caesar Salad? With dressing, croutons and cheese? All not allowed, that will be knocking you out of ketosis. I think you already know the Haribo isn't allowed!

    If you are finding it difficult to stick to the correct food early in the diet a couple of weeks on SS might help.

    I share your pain x2 mum. I also need to lose over 4 stone. You just have to accept it and move on. You shouldn't be hungry but I know how hard it is being desperate to eat something. I've been trying and failing for nearly 2 weeks now so this morning I've started on step 5 and am going down the steps to ss. I'm using this site for motivation and have started a blog, just for myself really to write down how I'm feeling. I've lot loads on this diet in the past but didn't do the maintenance properly so gained it back. Silly me! It really does work but is painful so you have to follow it to the letter. Only protein won't knock you out of ketosis chick. We can do this!!! Well done leehal on your 3 stone, fantastic. xxxx

    I think I put things in my mouth without thinking about it first! Being super good today but finding it hard it drink so much water. Stick says I a back in ketosis yay yay yay!!!
    finding it so boring! V hard to think of dinners in the eve as I have to cook for hubby and kids too

    I hear ya sister. I'm doing them sausages and yorkshire and veg tonight. I'm having chicken and a roasted pepper. Er yum. :( xx
