Week 2 - its going OK!

My second week and its still going well. I'm eating so much less, and really not feeling very hungry between meals - have had to remind myself to eat about every 4 hours to keep sugar levels up a couple of times! That's not like me at all...
Some days I've had the same as the family, but with less carb, or a better one, or more salad/veg, other days I've just had something different. At work it's been easy - salads most days, with a yoghurt.
I haven't been exercising yet, as I'm getting over a neck problem, but I'm going to start doing some this week - haven't decided what yet.

Oh, and I've lost 3 lb, so thats 6 in total in 2 weeks. Great stuff! :D
