Week 2 no weight loss and no ketosis?

I don't suppose you're quite active, are you? I know that when i started introducing exercise along with the diet my weight loss stalled for about 3-4 weeks before someone told me you're supposed to eat back any extra calories expended while you're on plan or your body goes into 'starvation mode' and tries to retain all fat and water because it thinks you're starving!
