We all know the feeling of demotivation when you don't see the scales moving. My losses haven't been the best, however, I have gone down nearly 3 dress sizes in the last 6 1/2 weeks.
Just because you're not losing weight, certainly doesn't mean you're not losing fat. There can be a number of reasons for your scales not budging, i.e water retention.
Just stick with it and remember your ultimate goal. :D

Stop thinking about the scales darl, as a worried body becomes tense and slows a little.

Motivation is hard to hold onto sometimes, even when you have been perfect. But remember that feeling when you are in the zone?..... hold onto this as it will pay off.

Ask yourself, do you feel better/more comfortable in your skin and clothes than you did before you started???? I bet you do. Use a tape measure as I have posted many a time you see more cm's drop than the lbs, it's more rewarding to your motivation.

Also something I have overcome is the number on the scales. Most of us have convinced ourselves that unless we hit that number we wont feel good. I used to weigh several times a day but not anymore. Try your clothes as a guide and remember to ask yourself this question when you doubt yourself.

"DO I FEEL BETTER ABOUT MYSELF NOW THAN I DID AT THE BEGINNING?"

Your doing great, read all the stories and keep your motivation up>

PS - Your not an alien!
You should get a ticker and put your dress date on it! How are you aiming to lose and more importantly when's the wedding???
    And welcome to the site!

You go to the tickerfactory website and follow the instructions. When you finish there is some web code (html). Copy this and go into userCP, on this stie at the top and edit your signature. In this box paste the code and save your changes!

I know you can do this and if you can do that you can reach your goal!!!!
