Well I'm a bit disappointed to find that I've only lost 2 lbs this week. I know that I can't maintain the weight loss from last week, and I guess 8.5 lb in a fortnight isn't so bad. Can't help but be a bit down about it though. I'm wondering whether perhaps I'm not eating enough! In my first week I supplemented my evening meal with lots of green veg, but this week I've just stuck to the basic three meals a day. Think I might up the fruit and veg this week and also try to get to the gym.
