    Hi all

Well, 4 lbs off this week :D takes my total to 16 lbs AND my first goal smashed (to get under 100kg).
In other news, in a moment of madness this morning i've agreed to do the Run for Life in May :cry::cry: what on earth was I thinking! Still, it's all incentive I suppose :D

Well done on your loss! Its funny cos I was just thinking of doing the run myself this year with my daughter. I have been putting it off for the last couple of years but decided to bite the bullet and do it !
