well i lost 5lbs this week - 1lb off a stone!

mind you, my scales read a loss of 1st 3lbs....

so i am putting this down to the fact i weighed in naked in the morning...

and in the evening you are heavier and i was fully dressed...

Was your start weight in the evening with your CDC or was it first thing in the morning naked? Whichever it was go by that as the weight loss just for consistency

My start weight with my CDC and my start weight are not the same :) I use my day one, home bathroom scales first thing in the morning with no clothes and after using the loo as my official weight :) I kept it going with that and dont really care what the CDC's scales says :) That way I know that my weight is consistent and no varying for clothes and fluid intake for the day etc.

when i started i weighed myself in the morning naked at 18st 5lbs...
met cdc in afternoon and weighed 18st 3lbs....

weighed myself after one week in morning, naked at 17st 7lbs....
weighed in evening at cdc's 17st 9lbs...

weighed this week in morning, naked 17st2lbs...
weighed at cdc's 7:30pm in evening 17st 4lbs...
So day 1 when you were on the diet you were less on CDCs scales? It is quite possible that the water loss during day one was already in effect by the time you had your WI :)

Personally I would go by the loss on your own scales if you are happy they are accurate
