    Lost 6.5 lbs this week!
    16 lbs in total now. Clothes are looser and I feel so much more confident. Still a long way to go but I'm getting there!

    Got a peanut crunch bar this week, only wanted one incase I eat more than one per day. Looking forward to that lol!
