Had a bad weekend didn't have any shakes!!! WI this morning and only put on 1lb, it shouldn't of happened but it did and the damage was tiny.

Back on it today, I redecorated our spare room on Saturday and put up a corner wardrobe ( while OH was away) the plan is it will be a nursery sooner rather than later that's why I need to stick to the diet. I keep finding myself walking in the room trying to imagine what it would be like to actually be skinny and be at my goal of having my child asleep in that room. Little crazy maybe but I need to focus on that.
