Got weighted last nite and only 2.5 ib of but totm so not surprised bot total for 3 weeks 18ib so gotta stay positive. This week be so hard as just miss food but gotta do it x

Starting weight 19 stone 6pm

Week 1...18.9.5. - 10.5 ib
Week 2...18.4.5 - 5ib
Week 3...18.2. 2.5 Ib totm
Week4...17.10.5..-5.5 ib

Bmi gone from 43 to 39.5 ya
