Week 3 weigh in tonight was another 4lb off
Thats 24lb in 3weeks and a amazing 22" lost im ecstatic

7 weeks till holiday

Starting weight 14.1. Target 10st

Week 1 15lb loss. 13st

Week 2. 5lb loss. 12.9

Week 3. 4lb loss. 12.5

Bring on week 4

Wow u lost 15lbs in your first week?! That's incredible!! Are you finding it easier as the weeks go by ? I'm on SS+ on my 3rd day and it's getting a bit easier everyday!!!
