    4 lb lost:). I was hoping to lose more weight, my birthday is on the 20th May and I was hoping to start refeeding :confused: this week so I could have a nice meal on my birthday....................................... sorry if I sound so pathetic!

    4lbs is a great loss. I'm really happy with that a week and to be honest cos you don't have that much to lose, I think its great that you've lost a stone in 3 weeks! And no, you don't sound pathetic!

    Are you going to refeed then or stick with it a little longer? I carried on through my birthday and intend to celebrate it whilst away on hols instead. Afterall, it is only one meal and it can always be celebrated at a later date if you wanted. Good luck with whatever you decide to do and have a great birthday too!

    You are absolutely right MiniB:thankyou:, it's only one meal, I'm going to stay focused on that, the main thing is to feel I have achieved what I set out to do. I am planning on refeeding properly and then manage my weight through my online Weight Watchers eating far fewer carbs than I did before. Thanks for putting me back on track!

    well done on your loss..i know how you feel about your birthday, i celebrated mine in week 4? or 5, i fell off the wagon tried to eat sensibly but put a pound on as a result, then the day after got straight back on the wagon..
