welll today is day one of week 3

lost one pound on week 2 so total of 7 off
why do i feel dissappointed cause book says up to 15 off
i should b happy

maybe eating too many bars, had few drinks not enough water, too much chheese oh so many things
am going to stick to induction i think and see how i get on this weekk

Maybe drop the bars, keep it all clean and up the water.

Hi hun,

I lost 8lbs first week 2lb second week then 1lb a week so far .. am happy with that though as Im not gaining anything!

Keep on track and keep glugging the water and you will be fine

thanks guys yes should b happy as the scales are going down thats the main thing, really going try harder on water and get walking see how i get on this week

Hey love I think we started around the same time - I lost 7 the first week then nothing the second week but we have less to lose aswell. I went away for the weekend so I have started again today going to avoid cheese and cream see if that makes any difference.
