Doing 30 mins on my bike every day and 50 sit ups a night hopefully ill have more than 2 pound off on monday usually i dont do any exercise so we will see....il repost monday hopefully it will pay off
I lost 4 3/4 this week - I only used my dailies and I had more veg and made sure I drank at least 1 ltr of water. Because of my current ankle problem I did no exercise. I had a pudding each nite too !
