I've had a couple of slow weeks with STS and 1lb loss and I prepared for STS again as its my star week as well and I got on the scales lost 3lb!! So happy, especially as its takes into the 10 stone area!! Never done WW properly before and it so works, wish I'd done it before!!
Week 4, at last some results!
