    Lost 1lb

    Felt a bit disappointed initially, but it's 1lb in the right direction.
    (next week I'll have to stop eating as much fruit at the allotment) :greenapple:
    Even if it comes straight off the tree, it still counts!

    Anything other than a gain is good heffer so don't be disappointed, you done good!!
