Week 4 WI not 100% had 2 tins of tuna

Hi all, week 4 done, found it really hard this week struggled with the water and had a tin of tuna on friday and monday, thankfully still lost 3lbs :D
 
Oooo tuna!! Amazing how jealous I an now, haha well done on 3lbs

3lbs is great. If I fancy a nibble I occasionally have a bit of tuna or ham and I think its fine x
 
Well done! 3lbs is fab :) And as for the tuna, it wont kick you out of ketosis and its only a few extra calories so it wont do any harm, esp considering the calorie deficit we're on! :D
