Week 4 WI

    It's happened. I've lost a big fat (no pun intended :rolleyes:) nothing!
    I don't know if this is the start of a dreaded plateau or the result of my over-indulgence of chocolate at the weekend, but I'm not going to give up. I'm still exercising as much as I can and I'm determined to see this through no matter how long it takes.

    And I realised that even though I haven't lost any weight this week, on the plus side, I haven't gained any either. I have gained something I didn't have much of before though - strength. This is the time I probably would've thought 'sod it, I'm giving up' but not this time. I feel much stronger and more positive than I've ever felt so here's to a new week and never giving up! :D

    Oh and I just wanted to say that you guys have helped me more than you know so thank you. :hug99:

    Congrats on the STS - that's a victory in itself :)

    It may be the chocolate, it may be that you've had some amazing losses so far and the body needs to adjust.

    Either way, chunner on and next week you'll no doubt lose something - wouldn't it be great if the human body worked like a machine, sigh!

    I'm definitely going to stick at it and yes, if only our bodies worked like machines! I would programme mine to have a steady loss every week lol. :eek:
