lost another 3.5lbs this week :)
my stomach still looks huge tho, swollen too :( hope it starts shiftin soon, got some fibre clear see if this makes any difference to the bloatedness hehe
Unfortunatley it is not possible to spot reduce fat in just one part of your body like your stomach so to lose stomach fat you will need to lose the fat all over your body and do exercises to tone your body.
I have been told my face, looks kind of thin:D

i know such a shame ini hahaha, i can see in my face i'm losing it, and other people are noticing, but i never notice when i lose weight until my clothes are too big :)
been goin to legs bum and tums twice a week and gona start swimming again next week :D
