week 4 WI :)

lost another 3.5lbs this week :)
my stomach still looks huge tho, swollen too :( hope it starts shiftin soon, got some fibre clear see if this makes any difference to the bloatedness hehe

Unfortunatley it is not possible to spot reduce fat in just one part of your body like your stomach so to lose stomach fat you will need to lose the fat all over your body and do exercises to tone your body.
I have been told my face, looks kind of thin:D
