Total Solution Week 5 blues!

I've just finished my first week of adding in a meal each day. And I'm really pleased that I lost 4lbs this week! Yay!

The thing is I am back on the no food part again and this evening I'm feeling hungry! It's a bit of a struggle actually my husband isn't helping as he is eating a home made pizza on this own tonight. Any tips for staying on the straight and narrow after a week off pod would be great! Xx
