Week 5 - Time to make changes


Well another week of no loss, but somehow managed to lose just under an inch off my waist again. Thats 6 inches in 5 weeks and only 17 pounds.

So Ive decided to go up to 810. I don't think my body is getting enough food. Im going to gym 5 days a week and just starting hockey again which is twice a week.

So going to grin and bare 810, knowing I potentially will put on weight this week but then hopefully my body will realise I am not starving it and start shredding some fat.

Im not dissapointed cause I know the inch loss is fab. So just need to stay motivated and keep going. Im meeting the personal traoner at the gym on Wednesday to see whether its time to start some personal training sessions to really get me back on track.

Think 810 is a good idea if you are doing so much exerise - I know I couldn't do all my classes on SS (although I know some folk can), so it might be the best way forward for you
