Week 5 Weigh-in :l

Hi all

I struggled to be 100% this week. To start with on the first day I had a family meal with my sister who came over from Australia. I had bbq chicken, coleslaw and breaded mushrooms. Then went away for a few days with OH and the kids to the seaside. Really struggled, felt miserable and gave in to chili chicken on one day and ham and mushroom omlette on another.

Plus didn't have my scales to keep jumping on everyday so was fretting that I would have put weight on. This totally affected my mood which then made me feel all down and low energy.

Got weighed today and was pleasantly surprised that I had lost another 2lbs! This made me feel all positive again and boosted my energy. I never thought about energy levels being linked to mood before.

Back on the wagon and 100% for the next week!

social gatherings are the hardest, but dont give up, you have done great by returning to it 100% and being positive.
