Hi guys :)

A bit annoying this week as I've put on half a pound. I know why though - my daughter and I were both very ill with a virus last week and couldn't keep anything down. So there was absolutely nothing in my stomach after that and I lost 8lb last week because of it. I guess my stomach had to keep some of the water I drank to fill back up again. Anyway, that makes 7.5lb lost over the last two weeks, so it's not too bad and I'm still on track. :)

As always - good luck with everyone elses weigh-ins this week!

Week 1: -8lb *into 13st bracket*
Week 2: -5.5lb (-13.5lb)
Week 3: -4.5lb (-1st 4lb) *in to 12st bracket* *lost over 1st*
Week 4: -8lb (-1st 12lb)
Week 5: +0.5lb (-1st 11.5lb)

That's totally understandable that your body had to readjust to fluids etc! You've done so well, fair play to you! ;-)
 
you had done so well the first four weeks 1st 12lbs!! so even for five weeks this is great. Hope this weeks goes well now you are much better. My third weigh in tomorrow:wave_cry:
