Week 5 WI result

Well, it's been quite a tough week - TOTM and Beaver Sleepover and tea at friend's house.

Absolutely delighted to have lost 2lbs!!! This brings me to under 16 stones, (just!), for the first time in about 5 years

Off to work now with a big smile.
