    Breakfast:
    mushroom omlette, plum tomatoes, 2 slices ww brown danish bread 2 cheese triangles
    Lunch:
    leek and potatoe soup
    Tea:
    diet coke chicken and egg fried rice (syn free)
    Snacks:
    apple
    1/2 a easter egg and creme egg - (30syns?)
    HeB:
    2 slices ww brown bread
    HeA:
    3 cheese triangles
    Syns:
    easter egg - 30 syns?

    leek and potatoe soup

    egg fried rice with stirfry veg and beansprouts - free
    Snacks:
    battered fishfingers - 7syns
    1 guiness - 5syns
    3 vodka and diet cokes - 7.5syns
    HeB:
    2 slices ww brown bread
    HeA:
    1 cheese triangles
    skimmed milk
    Syns:
    7syns - f.fingers
    7.5 syns vodkas
    guiness - 5 syns
