    Another 4lb :bliss:
    Was hoping for 5lb to make it 3 stone lost but, hey, I'll do that next week. I am soooooo pleased with my losses so far and can't wait til next weeks weigh in-bring it on :party0011:

    I do drink a lot of water about 5 or 6 liters a day, & I pee for england lol!!
