Week 6 WI

Lost 3lbs this week. It's getting more difficult now, I'm not hungry at all but food is on my mind...a lot!! Not cheated yet and don't want to but I have to eat on Saturday. It's my parents Golden Wedding and a restaurant is booked. I've planned my meal and will have steak and veg (no plain chicken on the menu). I haven't done the AAM so I'm going to think of Saturday as all part of the diet.

Don't worry about the meal, it sounds like you're prepared for it, so just enjoy it for what it is and the occasion!!

You'll be fine, 6 weeks in, have faith in you're willpower!! :D
