Week 7 = badddddddddddd :(

Well had my weigh in yesterday and I have lost ZILCH in the week, on Wednesday I had a SS+ meal and cannot get my head around why I lost NOTHING?? Does walking a lot before a weigh in make any difference I walked a lot and my feet and legs seemed a bit swollen - I don't know :cry: But went and got my hair and eyebrows done today - that has cheered me up and I'm feeling better and ready to fight this week - I need to lose these 3 lbs to get to my 2 stone loss mark.
 
Hi. I'm starting on week 4 and my weight loss has been static for 5 days. It's frustrating but you just have to bear with it cos you will defo lose next week
 
Scales can be evil sometimes. I think any exercise if you dont usually do it or its more than you normally would can make you retain water so that could be the reason. Great idea treating yourself with some pampering, nothing like being looked after to help you keep on track :)
