So I'm at week 7 on TS and i've lost 33lbs which I am happy about but thought my loss would be higher on certain weeks. As you can see the loss is quite varied and I'm not too sure why as I am sticking to it 100%. I want to lose 85lbs and have given myself to the end of the year to do it so I am on target, but ideally would like to shift it by November. Unfortunately I can't find the time to go to the gym atm but feel i work out all day as work 12hrs a day as a nanny for a very active 2yr and 9month old...
Anyone else have varied losses???
Week 1) -9.25bs/4.2kg
Week 2) – 5.07lbs/2.3kg (TOTAL = 14.32lbs)
Week 3) -3.74lbs/1.7kg (TOTAL = 18.06lbs)
Week 4) – 2.64lbs/1.2kg (TOTAL = 20.7lbs) (Food Break)
Week 5) – 2.88lbs/1.3kg (TOTAL = 23.58lbs) (Food Break)
Week 6) -5.95lbs/2.7kg (TOTAL = 29.53lbs)
Week 7) – 3.74lbs/1.7kg (TOTAL = 33.27lbs)
