Just back from class. Week 8 weigh in and I lost 4 pounds Total of 1 stone 10 in 8 weeks. Got my stone and a half award and was slimmer of the week. I'm chuffed to bits.
What do I eat? Hmmm. I only do red days as my body doesn't like to burn carbs .. grrrrrr. A usual day would probably be a yogurt for breakfast or HExB of weetabix or special K. A HExA is skimmed milk. mid morning a yogurt. Lunch, bacon omelette, SW quiche, home made veg soup or English breakfast. Afternoon, Melon or yogurt. Dinner, meat and veg. Gravy as syns, sometimes yorkshire puds as syns too. sometimes have weetabix for supper. or bread with my soup at lunch as a HEXb. It does vary a lot, so this isn't all I eat.. but it's pretty much my basic foods
