Week 9 Weigh In

3lbs Lost - Hooray ! I was quite worried as those pesky scales didn't want to move this week !!!!

Managed to cross off another 2 goals, into the 11's (for the first time in about 12 years) and 3 Stone Lost.

3 More Weeks of SS !!!!!!!!!! Let's hope the scales keep going down before my Holidays !

If anyone is wondering if they can do this - as Curly Says CD ROCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't beleive in 63 Days I have lost 42lbs...........CD is the greatest invention ever !
