A loss is a loss and it's less than you weighed last week, and 1.5lbs isn't bad if you haven't been 100%
 
Time to take a short break maybe? You've been on it for 16 weeks straight by the looks of things.
 
4.2lbs lst this week for me :). Pleased with that as it meant I reached the 2 stone barrier and am now at 29.2lbs lost.

I know I should I am just frightened I wont get back on it :( I am going to consider planning one from monday for a week :eek:

Yeah, I was worried about that too when I took my break but it was fine apart from being starving for 2 days when I started again. :) I just had a 4th pack then and the veg / salad has been my saviour :). I think the reason why a lot of people find this diet ok is because of the veg option. Good on Rob for adding that option to the plan and given people's losses in general it doesn't seem to affect results. I am ok with a shake and a bar during the day knowing that I will have a 'proper' meal to come later (well ok, spag bol and veg :)). Veggies steaming as I speak - gonna have them with a cottage pie tho as trying to use some up. :eek:

Sorry I haven't been around much this week - doing some temp work meaning I leave at 7 and get back past 7....and then have to work on my research proposal! No rest for the wicked :( No slip ups though, and hopefully should be back on Minimins next week :)

what went wrong this week? I don't know ~ haven't been drinking enough water I think also had a homemade slow gin the other night when out round friends didnt like to say no ...stupid I know managed to avoid the homemade cakes though !!! been worried and stressed ( my 16 year old son has just dropped out of college and has decided he wants to join the army been very upset hes too young !!!) I planned to be on this for 4 weeks then go on low carb but will see how I go !!! well done on everybody elses losses thats fab!!!!
 
Persephone I had a crap time in terms of losses in weeks 4 and 6. One week I only lost 0.5lbs having been 100% which is a bit gutting. The scales do move eventually though, you just have to keep plugging away. And as I said to Girlsbig, a loss is a loss and you're lighter than last week (although I know from personal experience that it's a bitter pill to swallow).

yeah I wouldn't have minded if id had a kebab too lol ~ its ok its my third week which can be a bit tricksy !!!so im still going for it !!!!thanks Borders girl yes its a real bummer if youve been 100% like I said I did have a sloe gin but abstained from the chocolate muffins and fairy cakes so I was quite proud of myself :0)
