Week Off

The past few weeks have been a little slow with losses so i thought ide take a week out and eat a few naughty things one doesnt normally eat on SW.
Ive read somewhere that the body gets use to the foods one eats and starts to store it even if its healthy? So thought ide try what someone said and took a week out.
Anyways ive lost 9oz ??lol dunno whats happened there as ive been out 3 nights this week, party last weekend with buffet pizza etc?

HOW DOES THAT WORK?? Puzzled.

I had a week like that where I'd been naughty and still lost, just be careful because sometimes it takes a while to catch up... You might be lucky, but when it happened to me, I lost that week, then gained the following week. You may be lucky though, fingers crossed x
