Just wondering if anyone can spot anything amiss. Ignore snacks on day 1 got abit treat happy with a cup of coffee lol..
Syns will be added by the afternoon of each day.

hiya =] aw thanks and you too!!!! =] Ive been on the same 7lbs since the end of jan loosing it, gaining it etc etc, so im hoping seeing it all written like that will give me the kick up the bum lol

I was fed up of paper everywhere, so found a good app called kingsoft office, so easy to make that table =]
 
It can be a bit demoralising when your weight seems to plateau for a while isn't it. A few months back I did four weigh ins where I stayed the same, gained 1lb, lost 1lb and stayed the same so, basically, I was in the same place I had been four weeks before. Very frustrating but I kept at it and it started coming off again. I'm sure it will be the same for you, just stick with it x
