It can be a bit demoralising when your weight seems to plateau for a while isn't it. A few months back I did four weigh ins where I stayed the same, gained 1lb, lost 1lb and stayed the same so, basically, I was in the same place I had been four weeks before. Very frustrating but I kept at it and it started coming off again. I'm sure it will be the same for you, just stick with it x
