Week One: im soooo HAPPY

guess what i had my scale day today and im now 17.1 stones, yes as you can see below thats ONE STONE gone, im sooooooooo happy, yipeeeeee thats so has motivated me to stay on the diet for the next week, althought i cant see it when i look in the mirrior i think thats because im at the early stages when i lose more weight i will see it more.

Wish me luck for next week, thanks to all your help i like reading the posts on here and getting advise and support xxxxxx

Even though you can't see the difference in the mirror I imagine your tummy already feels flatter and you have lost an inch around your waist.
